- Five patients cured and discharged
Leh, July 01: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, seven new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday.
While a total of 174 sample reports were tested in UT Ladakh 122 sample reports in Leh and 45 sample reports in Kargil were found to be negative. The bulletin further informs that five patients were cured and discharged. Four patients were discharged by CMO Leh and one by CMO Kargil. UT Ladakh has received seven new positive sample reports. All positive samples reports received by CMO Leh. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 79, all active cases are in Leh district.
The bulletin further informs that 73 passengers were screened at the KBR, Leh airport while 851 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse, 307 were screened at Upshi check post.
